Rehearsal Space in Broomfield
Our Broomfield spaces are only for solo or acoustic duo practice, as the rooms are only moderately soundproofed.
Rehearsal spaces are available when our school isn’t using them.
A studio is available in Broomfield almost every day, most times of the day.
Backline includes:
A one-speaker PA
A mixer with 2-4 channels (depending on the room)
A mixer with 2-4 channels (depending on the room)
One Shure 58 or Shure 58 Beta microphone
One mic stand
A very basic 61-key keyboard
No drums, amplified electric guitar, or bass are included or allowed.
Prior approval required.
Hourly Bookings
Book Rooms by the Hour – $13.50/hr
Includes PA and backline. No gear storage.
Book Weekly Practice, Pay Monthly – 20% off ($10.80/hr, $46.80 per hour per month)
Guaranteed weekly slot paid monthly saves 20%. No refunds for not using your time slot, although reschedules are easy and allowed if available – and they usually are.
Monthly Shared Lockouts
Plan on a consistent schedule, and leave your guitar or keyboard in the studio if you wish.
Cost varies by room size and how much time you want to block for your use. Rates range from $200-350 per month.
