Monthly Shared Lockouts
Cost varies by room, but is around $450 per month for an even room split. 24/7 access. Standard weekly times are reserved in advance. Additional times can be used as available. Performance High has priority to use rooms during the day on weekdays for lessons. Contact us to see if we currently have any rooms available. If we don’t, we’ll put you on the waiting list.
Hourly Rentals
$12/hr. For solo/duo practice and teachers only. Subject to teacher availability for room access.
Rehearsal Rooms in Broomfield
Our Broomfield rooms are for music teachers, music producers, and vocal/acoustic rehearsals only. We do not rent rehearsal space for bands in Broomfield.

We recommend Rocketspace or Band Cave in Denver, and Dog House Music in Lafayette, for hourly rentals for bands.
